A Study in Blue Crabs/History & Techniques – Taste of Booming Local Beer Scene

All classes are demonstration-style by Todd Jurich. Classes will begin at 12:30pm featuring a wine and cheese pairing. The demonstration will focus on both cooking techniquess and wine and food pairing. After the demonstration guests will enjoy the chef prepared selection. Seating is limited for each class. The cost of each class is $75 per person (cash or check), all-inclusive.
