Meredith and Todd have traveled through and had culinary training in Switzerland. Meredith’s restaurants include Hagen’s Seafood restaurant, Meredith’s at Willis Wayside in Virginia Beach and Cafe Rosso in Norfolk. Meredith served as Chef Todd Jurich’s Chef de Cuisine at the Iron Gate House and did stints at Powhatan Plantation and The Trellis in Williamsburg. Meredith became paralyzed in a cross country bicycle accident several years ago. His passion for cooking and knowledge of culinary arts is not surpassed by anyone
